My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days while we were visiting in the area. Rooms were huge and very affordable. We got a king size bed and the room was probably twice the size of most hotel rooms.
The complimentary breakfast was better than most with a very good selection of foods.

Staff was friendly and room was very clean and comfortable.

My family stayed here for my wedding and everyone had a good experience with their rooms. I stayed there myself the night before the big day and enjoyed a great breakfast before heading off to our venue. I will say the booking process was a bit difficult because there were a few mistakes with our group block, but all our problems were quickly resolved, and the staff was very flexible with our changing needs. We had a great experience with them and apprecaited all their help during what could have been a very stressful time in my life.

I have been staying here for 3 yrs. I never had a problem until NOW. We had to leave hotel early due to injury my husband sustained. He accidently left his wedding band on the night stand. I call them by the time we got to Bellingham asked them to mail it "like in a bubble envelope". I go to check and they mailed it in a PAPER envelope. So obviously the ring is not in there. I call speak to some snotty girl who said "Sorry, not our problem." Only to find out later she LIED and told her manager I called her a name. Every time I call back there she is rude and hangs up on me - awesome professionalism. I end up speaking to a GM who tells me that "we were not given proper instructions on how to mail the item so we will not be doing anything for you." REALLY so you need instructions how to mail a wedding ring? Did you go to school for that? OMG!

This was our third visit to this hotel and we look forward to each visit. We enjoy staying here as the rooms are bright and clean; the staff friendly and courteous and location perfect for our shopping needs. The breakfast offers a good selection of hot food (eggs, meat and potatoes) and is different each day. Breakfast also includes the following selections: cereals, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, canned peaches or applesauce, bagels, toast and muffins. Our favourite is Waffles that come with choices of syrup, strawberries, whip cream, etc. There is coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, as well as milk. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and made up daily. All requests are handled in a professional manner and needs looked after quickly. Each room has a TV, coffee machine, fridge and hair dryer.
