Convenient, clean and comfortable. Truck parking as advertised (good). Breakfast pretty standard stuff although I didn't like the cereal selection. Very nice helpful and responsive folks at the desk. I found price to be appropriately less than Holiday/Shiloh etc.

We travel to Moses Lake, WA from Vancouver, WA a few times a month so my Husband can visit his Daughter who lives there. We usually stay at The Holiday Inn Express but we were unable to book that last time. The Super 8 is the same price but severely lacking in comparison. No trash can liners in any garbage cans in the room..Bedspread had several burnholes in it..Mattress old and worn out. Room cramped and smelled bad. Baseball tournament had kids running all over. One bright spot was the Hotel Staff.. They we're beyond helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights over Father's Day weekend. The room was nice and the place clean. The location is good. There is a grocery store and Perkins restaurant within walking distance. The breakfast was typical continental with waffles, cereal, breads, juice and coffee. The indoor pool was nice. They accept pets of all sizes for a small fee. We found the hotel a good value and would stay here again.

This place really needs some upkeep. We had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor, as there is no elevator. The stairs and halls were filthy, with trash in front of our door. Inside, our room was about 95 degrees, and the carpets had that distinctive white edge, from not having been vacuumed along the edges, probably ever. The bed was adequate, but we brought our own pillows (thank goodness!), and prepared for a restless night. First we had to wait for the room to cool down, so we decided to watch TV. Too bad------the TV didn't work. The restrooms appeared to be fairly clean, and there was a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker,but I had to unplug one of them to plug in my laptop. There is wifi, so it makes leaving a review like this easier. Bottom line: spend a few extra bucks and stay anywhere but here!
