My husband, me, and our 3 children have stayed here twice now. We stayed in the studio suite. It is big enough to house all of us and has a kitchen; kinda like a studio apartment. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We did encounter problems with our suite the second time, but the staff was fast and terrific on fixing it! We will definately stay here again if we go thru Moses Lake again.

We called the property directly to book. The person we spoke with said no one is there after hours on weekends, but gave us a number to page someone if we needed help.

We arrived at almost midnight. There is a lockbox with a code to get the key. The instructions were terrible and it took us at least 15 minutes to get the key out of the box. We called after about five minutes to tell them that the lock box was not working and that we couldn't get the key. We still haven't heard a word from them two days later! Fortunately the lock box opened randomly when I was trying repeatedly to get it to work. But that wasn't the end of our trouble.

They key was in an envelope that also contained a map to our room which was blocks away from the manager's office. (There was another envelope with someone else's name on it, too -- honor system, I guess!) The directions to drive to the room were terrible -- obviously meant for locals who don't need street names. We had to drive all over the place and find the place on our own.

When we finally got there, the "non-smoking" room smelled like the previous occupant had smoked in it. And the bathroom smelled like someone had just used it.

The place was huge. A fully furnished apartment. But that's not what we needed. We needed a clean room with competent staff on call if needed. The place offered neither. We won't stay there again.

These suites are pretty nice at a very reasonable rate. Our experience with the staff was not good. They gave use the keys to a suite and we didn't check out the suite until late at night. When we opened the door, we found someone staying there already. It was very embarrassing, and the staff didn't seem to think it was a big deal. I think double booking a room is a pretty big deal.

I stayed during Memorial Weekend. The one bedroom suite will only sleep two into a queen size bed so if you have more get the larger two bedroom. You get a good bargain at $65 per night. If your looking for daily maid service,a pool or exercize room this is not the place for you. If your looking for a clean room with a complete kitchen,comfortable bed and cable TV with Air Conditioning,this is your place to stay!
