stayed here on a business trip last week. Service was excellent, breakfest was great, beds were comfortable. Overall great Stay!

First we were there for our anniversay and booked months in advance and specifically asked for and paid for a King Jacuzzi Suite. We were put on the first floor next to the laundry room and the outside door. So, we had nothing but slamming doors, dryers, carts banging into the wall and vaccum cleaners (at 8 AM) not the peace and quiet we were looking for. Our toilet didn't work and they didn't fix it for a day and a half (we were there for three days) and we were forced to use the one in the hotel lobby. Then the Jacuzzi that we paid extra for didn't work .... well half of the jets didn't work. No one cared, no one did anything to fix it. Plus they charged $400 in extra charges and we are still trying to figure out what for and there is never a manager available to speak with. The place is clean but if you want customer service and working utilities I would recommend staying elsewhere.

We had a one night stay while traveling through Moses Lake on our way to Seattle. Though the rooms were clean enough, front desk staff pleasant, and ladies in the breakfast area extra friendly, I am wondering why the shower heads are so poor. I had a fairly ridiculously long shower just trying to get the shampoo rinsed from my hair. I have also noticed after another recent stay at the HIE in Edmonton South, that the bathrooms are not equipped with any noticeable ventiliation which is especially annoying after a shower (or a #2 bathroom trip). I suppose I would stay here again (overnight only) as there doesn't appear to be anything that can top the HIE, but think the rates are high considering what you get. We are currently paying only $40 more per night at the Tulalip Resort Hotel for a totally decadent room - luxury defined.

Good location, very clean, pleasant staff, rooms large and comfortable, quiet and beds excellent.
