“Not fancy, but not pricey either”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 September 2011

Clean. Nice bathroom with tub and shower. Adequate heater/AC. Minifridge, microwave, coffee maker. There was a table instead of a desk, and the only available plug for my laptop was over by the door. Comfortable bed. I was fortunate to be there on a quiet night. Not even any traffic noise. But as folks in the adjoining rooms awoke, I could hear plumbing. Accessible on the ground floor. I got a deal for being a senior.

Room Tip: Some of the ground floor rooms have a view of the staircase. The others look over the parking lot.

“Craphole and rude managers”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 June 2010

Location looked good, but early evening I thought I was in Mexico. Loud cars, drunken people all over the parking lot and was dangerous to leave the room. People partied outside all night. Police came 3 times, 2 based on my complaints to the managers, who barely spoke english. Got less than an hour of sleep all night. Complained to the managers in the morning at 5am when I had to ask 6 drunk mexicans to move so I could walk down the stairs. When I asked for a refund for my stay, got rude comments that I did have a room, so to bad. After a lenghty fight about it, got 25 bucks back of my $104.00 charged. Mainly told due to it comes out of their pocket not the owners who is in California. I asked for the owners name to complain but they would not give that out. Worst stay ever. Don't go if you care for you life or your kids. What a dive

“Affordable and close to the city aquatic center”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 October 2009

It's not fancy. There are no frills. But it was clean and cheaper than the other "brand name" lodging in town. It is close to the city's aquatic center, which is the only reason we meet extended family for mini-vacations in Moses Lake. Restaurants and shopping are close. The owners were friendly. We slept great! The hotel is pet friendly, so my sister brought her chihuahua. There was a grassy area just steps from the room so the dog could be walked.

“Noisy and Dirty”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 August 2008

Noise from the parking area and balcony prevented sleep as did the pipes in the wall. Pipe noise was extreme when neighboring rooms used the shower, sinks and toilets. A check under the bed revealed trash from previous occupants, as well as dirty hand prints in the bathroom. A language barrier was encountered upon checkout, when I attempted to relate the problems we experienced.

“Better places for the $”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 August 2006

The hotel was older, with no amenities. For the same price, we could have stayed on the lake, at Best Western (as did relatives) with much more to offer.

  • Liked — good for handicapped, as many rooms are on ground level
  • Disliked — no ammenities, which did not reflect in the cost
  • Tips/Secrets — stay on the lake, because it is the prettiest spot
