Came up for a trade show at the fairgrounds and stayed two nights. While the room was more than adequate, there were issues with conflicting rates and a lack of parking for handicapped patrons. When the front desk tried to get clarification from the general manager or owners, they were not able to do so. We had been quoted one rate and given another. When I left, I wrote a strong but businesslike letter to management; I never had the courtesy of a reply. I would rather sleep in my car than do any business with this organization that clearly only cares when the news is good.
