Very outdated rooms, but the owners are friendly and hardworking, and keep the place clean and quiet. Only complaints were the saggy bed and the tv being too far away from chairs.

We stayed at this hotel when we went to a Monday Night Football game in Seattle. It is only a short distance North of Seattle. A continental breakfast was included....nothing fancy. The hotel is older but is spotless and the beds are really comfortable. This was our second stay and we would stay again. Good value for your money.

This hotel is a little out of the way but close enough to everything by car. The hotel is a great value. From the outside it does not look like much but the hotel has been recently updated and it looks very nice inside the lobby and the room. The front desk was quick and friendly. The beds were nice as was the bedding. The room was clean and and met our expectations. The hotel served breakfast. The breakfast room was very cold. It had the standard, fruit, a couple of cereals, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, bad and no cream, tea. They had plain bagels, bread, English muffins and stale croissants. It would be so easy to make this so much better, good coffee is definitely a first step. Overall this is a great value hotel and I recommend this place if you are looking for something inexpensive but nice.

Stayed here on a quick weekend shopping trip to Seattle. We have stayed in Lynnwood many times due to its proximity to Seattle and the highway. There is nothing terribly wrong with this hotel for the price but I did have concerns about it relative to other similarly priced options we have stayed at before. First of all, it is not very close to the shopping in the area (Alderwood) if you are doing anything other than driving. This will not be a problem for most but when the competition is short walking distance it is definitely a plus. The hotel itself is really dated (think circa late 80's, early 90's) and it smells like it is old... this isn't to say it isn't clean but it doesn't smell fresh. Rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast was a big bonus for sure and the family running the place are quite friendly. In the end I think I will pay the extra few dollars to stay at the Extended Stay, Hampton, or similar properties for better location and what I felt were more modern lodgings.
