This is the worst Day's Inn hotel that we have ever stayed in, the staff were just simply rude & extremly unhelpful. On arrival the Commfort Inn signs had not been removed so it was extremely difficult to find, the hotel was dirty and the rooms above reception were very noisy. The breakfast room is far to small for the number of guests staying there with people having to wait in line for their breakfast, eating off paper plates with plastic cutlery. The general manager who was managing the front desk was a complete joke as our pre paid confirmation which when presented to him at our time of check in was not accepted as a means that our rooms had been paid for because his system had not been updated. We were told that we would need to pay for the rooms again or we could not stay, he refused to call his head office to obtain clarification even though we had printed confirmation of our booking and to make matters worse my wife even called ahead a few days earlier of our arrival and checked with their front desk manager if our booking was confirmed and if we could have a cot for our 7 month old baby, the FD manager was able to confirm the booking and said a cot was available but it would be better if we could bring our own as theirs were not the best quality. The general manager then told us that it was our responsibilty to call the booking agent to get payment through to them but refused to give us a phone to use. Eventually after much discussion he begrudgingly gave us one of the rooms in order to feed our daughter. After eventually checking in we were given a cot with a fleece blanket big enough for a double bed and 4 pillowcases to small for the cot mattress!!!!
