Needed to stay close to work during weather related issues...SNOW.This location was perfect and in walking distance to the office. I was able to get an upgrade to a mini suite which was nice as it included a microwave and mini refrigerator along with counterspace and even dishes, glasses and utensils to use. Just enough for 2 people although it was only me. As noted in other reviews, they do need to upgrade their linens in the room. It is old and dated, but the room itself was clean. I had a room near the back so it was very quiet. Love. love the showerhead and good water pressure. The room had two sinks. I obviously only used one, but a nice amenity. Lots of space to spread out. Small sofa, coffee table, desk for computer. The hotel offers breakfast in the morning which consists of the usual fare of pastries, cereal, oatmeal packets, muffins, toast, boiled eggs and even a waffle maker. Plenty of tables and chairs to use and a TV giving us the current weather conditions which was nice. Hotel is in walking distances to many restaurants. The Alderwood Mall is closeby. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The outside was recently painted but they really need to repaint the hallways and rooms as well. But I think I would prefer new linens than paint if any upgrades were going to be planned. All in all it worked for me to stay here to be close to work during our snow event.
