We just spent a fantastic winter weekend at Featherwinds. We rented the four bedroom Country Cottage which turned out to be alot bigger than we had imagined. There was plenty of room for our family of 9, even at the dining table which actually could seat 16 guests. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. The place was comfortable, cozy, and inviting, just like a country cottage should be. There is a very large area outside in front which, when covered with snow like we had, made for a very fun place for the kids to spend the day. And the hot tube was an added bonus. The Cottage was warm and clean when we arrived with a fruit basket to welcome us - and we were set for the weekend.

On September 10, 2011 we had a wedding at Featherwinds and it was excellent. The staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful. They went out of their way to make the experience one of a lifetime. The food and the flowers were amazing. The staff made everyone feel welcomed and at home, they were extremely friendly and always going out of their way to make sure the experience was perfect. It was such a wonderful time our friends who stayed at the Inn did not want to leave. We can not say enough about Featherwinds and would highly recommend anyone to have a wedding or just spend a weekend there. We greatly appreciate everything they did for our friends and family.

We have been going to Featherwinds for several years and we always find it perfect in every way. The service, the food, the staff and the setting all keep us coming back for more and more.

I'm a well traveled professional with over two million air miles traveling North America and Europe and have stayed in many different B & B's as well as motels and hotels but staying at Featherwinds stood above them all. The accomodations were more than excellent, food was outstanding and the owners were very pleasant. I actually found myself not wanting to leave......it was such a wonderful "down home" sort of atmosphere and feeling.
