I spent the night here in the worst hotel room I've ever been to in the United States. The room was damp and there was black mold on the walls behind the bathroom fixtures. There was green mold on the bathroom door. The shower curtain bar was broken and the tiles were black. Unclean. I left feeling dirtier than I came. I cancelled my second night stay and moved on to better accomodations.

We arrived to find the property covered in beautiful trees and easily accessible from the interstate. Check-in staff was friendly, if somewhat lacking in professionalism (decorum and dress). The room--king with sofabed--was quite worn and not particularly clean. The pillows were decent and the king bed was, too; but the sofa bed sagged terribly in the middle and our kids felt the springs digging into their backs. We are disappointed; this property has potential, but needs to be updated and well cleaned--our room, 211, at least. (The bedtime cookies were scrumptious!) Because I am particular and look for both quality and value, I would stay elsewhere on our next trip to Oregon.

We were surprised by this place. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Parking was free. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc. We also did laundry downstairs and used their free business center. It was also cheaper than other places in the area with less services. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfort Inn at I5 exit 109 offers very good price value and is very
conveniently situated immediately on exit. A ‘standard’ chain motel
but clean, reasonable room size even for twin queen, and quiet – set
away from the highway in the trees. The reception was pleasant, helpful
and efficient, and the breakfast OK. What more can one want just
passing through. But don’t bother looking in Tripadvisor for restaurant tips.
They lie. The place is a wasteland of blah. Curry Corner (hah!) seems gone
if it ever existed. The roadside stall where Norma’s Burgers operates is pretty uninviting
and we managed control our enthusiasm for Brewery Co. Pizza – ok but only OK;
more Ho than Hmmm.
