I've stayed at a few B&Bs over the years but I have become quite smitten with the Katy's Inn and can't wait to go visit again. It would have only been perect if we didn't have to get up super early on Sunday to be somewhere, but the owner accomidated us beautifully. She knew we had an early day so she brought us tea, scones and hot chocolate to wake us up. Then when we walked out from the Captains room directly to the dining room and it was like something out of the Beauty and the Beast fairy tale. There was soft music playing and a gorgous gourmet breakfast waiting for us. Poached pears, ginger scones, egg and cheese puffy buttery souffles, blueberries, tea and fresh juice. Wow... and I mean wow. It was wonderful. Our bedroom was very cozy and the house was comfortable and welcoming. I really can't wait to go back and relax there again.
