The experience was amazing. Everyone even pronounced my name correctly. Rooms were very clean but the heater was noisy and the street noise was loud. My room was located in the NE corner of the building. My keys did not work when I tried to access my room so I was issued new keys to the same room and another guest was already checked into that room. Thank goodnes he was not there as I entered the room and quickly exited. The desk attendant was embarrassed so he quickly found me another room and walked me to the new room himself. The valet people did a great job getting my car and very fast service if you call ahead. I would stay here every chance I get

We're so glad to see the Heathman on Trip Advisor's list of the best hotels! What a beautiful boutique-style property. The rooms are very comfortable, and the service is great, and while the location might not seem Ideal to travelers thinking Seattle is the only place to be in this area, it's actually perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's not a long trip across Lake Washington, and being on the East Side you're actually closer to some great attractions like hiking routes, the Woodinville wine tasting areas, and the lovely downtown areas in Bellevue and Kirkland. Perfect rooms, great location, stellar restaurant -- it can't get much better than that.

This place is perfect! Love the bikes an shuttle. The staff is so polite and friendly. Our room was so luxurious, quiet and clean. We will be back!

My family and I are from Los Angeles and we spent 6 nights over Christmas visiting our son who goes to college in Kirkland. This was our 5th stay this year. We love it! Everyone makes us feel right at home. The wonderful service, the beautiful rooms and the great food keeps us coming back to the Heathman. The location couldn't be better. You are walking distance from all the restaurants, shops and lake. Thanks so much for making our family Christmas a huge success!
