This motel is disgusting, the bed sheets were dirty and i found a black hair in the sheets, and no one in my family has black hair, i then found another similar black hair in the sink. They also did not provide extra toilet paper and the roll that was on the roller was already almost gone. My husband and my 2 small children checked into this motel around 4:00am on our trip into Kent and were told we had to check out by 11:00am...after paying $60 (RIP OFF)...but we were super tired and just wanted to sleep for a while and take a shower...after getting into the room and discovering all the crap it had to offer we werent very satisfied...the door frame looked like the cops had once had to kick it in and was never fixed and the deadbolt was a pathetic little thing that you would find on the bathroom stall in a public restroom, and in order to get the door to shut all the way you had to slam it shut! We had 2 beds and i decided me and the kids would sleep on one bed ON TOP OF THE COMFORTER for the sake of cleanliness...and we turned to heater on cause it was freezing and the damn thing didnt work so my husband went down to the office to tell them we werent gonna stay and we wanted our money back cause nothing in the room worked and it was dirty and there were bugs and the guy argued with my husband about not being able to refund any of our money because we had already been there for almost an hour! So we then decided to just pack up and leave because the place was so cold and dirty and nothing worked and the owner was of no help at all and was extremely rude, i mean i know we checked in at an awful hour and all but if your an owner or manger of a motel thats right off the interstate you should expect that kind of thing occasionally and learn to be nice and run a decent business!!! This motel is definitely not for familys with children or any decent people, this motel is a breeding ground for drug addicts/drug dealers and hookers..yuck! Disgusting place!!!
Heres a list of all the nastiness of this place:
-Non working heather
-Remote control did not work
-Dirty Bedsheets
-Someones hair in the sink
-Non-safe deadbolt on the door
-Broken door frame (door looked like it had been kicked in)
-Light did not work right (was blinking on and off)
-Bugs in the room
-Dirty Carpet
-Not enough toilet paper
-Rude hospitality
-Bad patched up work on holes (looked like holes had been punched in the walls and were patched up badly)
-Furniture looked really old and worn out
-Found someones hair in the sheets of one bed (we only pulled back the sheets on one bed, id hate to think of what was in the other bed :-(
-The stains on the sheets looked to me like they were "nasty" stains (if you know what i mean) and i refused to take my sweatshirt and jeans off when i laid in the other bed, and made my kids keep their clothes on for the lttle time that we were there...

All in all we were only there for a little over an hour and paid $60...total waste of our money and got no refund whatsoever we ended up just packing up and taking off and left the key in the room and didnt even lock the door, lol
