I came on a business trip last month and stay at this hotel for a couple of days, overall the stay the stay was very pleasant., the front desk person Mindy who checked me in was very nice and was very informative about the area and the Hotel manager Amanda was also very nice.

Just came back from a road trip where we stayed one night in Kent. When we arrived, the rooms were all sold out so we got a smoking room. Yuck! Mattress box was stained. We wanted to use tge kitchenette but there were no spatulas or frying pan. When we phone front desk the lady was not helpful at all. She said it's in tge was so that's why we didn't have a frying pan. It won't be ready tge next Morning. Somehow I feel she's lying to me. Such a disappointing stay, will not go back there again.

I chose this location because of the location to Renton. I also noted several negative comments. However this location was very clean, the staff very friendly and attened to every need. This is not a 5 Star Hotel but for the price and location it is well worth the price. I commend the Manager for her staff and how well the Hotel was kept. Job well done.

The other reviewers have it right: nothing fancy, great value for the price, no surprises - it's Extended Stay and we were comfortable.

We stayed here for over a year for weekday business use. It's a great convenient location for access to our Kent clients, with quick highway access for regional travel.

Staff is awesome! I love friendly staff! Thank you Crystal, Amanda and team for making our stay pleasant and for making us feel welcome every week.

Room is basic: love the fridge and stove, beds firm enough, TV and internet complete the picture. Internet was especially important and we were able to stream Netflix most nights while we worked. Slept well enough - in fact, considering the comings and goings of people and the proximity to the 167, we actually enjoyed pretty quiet nights and good sleep.

We travel with a dog, so this place was comfortable for us because there's a designated dog walk area, and because the rooms are already well broken in so a couple stray dog hairs and the occasional muddy paws are not a problem. (I might be the only one picking up my dog crap, however, so bring your headlamp for after dark poo walks.) I love the trees around this hotel - they are wonderful and make the place very peaceful.

Shell station across the street makes for easy beer-and-chips runs (and there are even sidewalks and crosswalks to make the stroll safe and fast). Overall a good stay and we'll be back, but I would probably not recommend this place for children or single women.
