Stayed here in November 2011 for a two night's stay for a quick shopping trip to Bellingham. Overall, the hotel presented as very clean. The price was right (use your Entertainment Book for a discount) and had an indoor pool and hot tub. The free breakfast included your choice of coffee, apple or orange juice, waffles, 2 kinds of cereal, boiled eggs, muffins, toast, and bagels. Not huge but certainly enough to get you started in the morning. In the lobby was coffee, decaf, and tea complete with creamers and flavoured coffee add-ins. A nice touch instead of the usual powder coffee whitener. Our in-room amenities included a micowave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. In the bathroom only bars of soap and a small bottle of shampoo are provided. I was happy I brought along my own moisturizer and hair conditioner. Check-in was pleasant and efficient. I was offered my choice of floors/location of my room. I chose a room on the third floor as recommended by the clerk, since nobody would be above me for a quieter stay. The pool and hot tub were open until 10pm. AThis was a nice way to ease tired bodies from a day of hectic shopping! Next to the hotel is a Denny's and McDonalds, as well as a gas station quick mart. A two minute drive away is a Cost Cutter for grocery convenience. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We did see a lot of big rigs in the adjacent parking lot, but they did not bother us as our room faced the freeway side. We did not hear any road noise from the freeway and had a pleasant stay.
