We were pleasantly surprised with our hotel, since generally Quality Inns are mediocre. We had requested an early check-in (which we were able to do) since we wanted to spend the day at Wild Waves (about 1 1/2 mi.). Our room was very clean and modern, and included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, free internet, safe, indoor pool, fitness room, 24/7 coffee in lobby, and expanded continental breakfast.

My only "complaint" was the bed pillows are pretty thin. When we requested additional pillows, there was no one to deliver them, so we had to go down to the front desk to get them. I'm glad I wasn't already in my jammies :-)

Lots of fast food places and restaurants (and Costco & Wal-Mart)within a couple of blocks.

I spent one night at this hotel and was charged for two nights. My credit card was charged with two different transactions for the exact amount on two different days.

My discussions with the manager/owner of this hotel have been unsatisfactory. I have sent her documentation and she has not returned my phone calls. I would not recommend this hotel after this experience.

The room was your basic Queen size bed room. On a scale of 1 - 10 for cleanness, I'd give it a 5. Called the front desk 3 times for an extra pillow and never got one. I only hope the hotel driver found his way back from the airport. That was their excuse. When he returns he'll bring the pillow right up. And finally what really gave this place a poor rating was the fact that at 1:00 AM the fire alarm went off. I guess the driver was famished from his long airport run because when we went down to the lobby to investigate, all you could smell was the aroma of burnt eggo's. No apologese from the management at all the next morning.
