It was just OK. Internet was good, full size kitchenette. The TV was ancient, and the channel selection was awful. I hated it when FOX News was the default channel, when you turned no the TV.
The tough part was the Tranny housekeeping person, who took a interest in me. NOT! That was uncomfortable every week when he/she showed up, asking if I needed anything "serviced", but then on the morning of check-out, he/she barged the door open at 8:30am without knocking. (Fortunately, I had the security door latch in place).
The carpet was pretty worn. I did have to be careful not to step in some embedded gum or candy. I told maintenance about it, but I'm sure that is beyond what Extended Stay wants to take care of.
Like other Extended Stay motels - if you book on-line for a discount, eventually during your stay, the management will engage you in some kind of argument, in person or over the phone, in hopes that you will be angry enough to bail out. Of course, that means that you will then owe the difference between the discounted long-term rate paid up front, and the full-price nightly rate of a short stay.
In this case, this was my first Extended Stay booking, and I called the motel on the phone to ask a few questions before booking on-line - with a one-month discount. The fast-talking girl on the phone pressured me into booking over the phone, so I didn't get the one-month discount. The 6 week stay was about $50/night, which is a little steep for a single traveler, pretty much out in the middle of no where - in terms of major companies to do business with, or schools.
There's a strip mall around the corner, and another 2 blocks north, and a Safeway across the street - all within walking distance if you don't drive. Bus service is quite good.
I probably won't go back - Seattle doesn't have that much to offer, that far south of Seattle's downtown.
