Real easy to get to, close to a lot of shops, rooms were comfortable
This was the worst hotel. You had to pay extra just for room service. When our outlets in the kitchen weren't working they merely threw the problem back and said they would fix it... after we left. There were no clean towels provided for a week of stay, and no free breakfast. The first room we stayed in smelled like corn farts and poo. It wasn't even a smoking room. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE.
We stayed here because it was suggested to us prior to our arrival by friends. We had just completed a cross country move from VA, had a pet, so took their advice. We wish we hadn't.
First, because we have a pet, we were given a smoking room, and despite my wife booking a non-smoking room, the manager wouldn't budge. Second, the only room they had was a room that had a pull-out sofa, and the kids did not sleep well on it (the springs could be felt through the mattress). The room had a kitchen, but was very basic. No free internet or free breakfast (we got spoiled at places along our trip). The location was the best thing about the hotel, but I would have rather stayed in another place than here. We cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Attended a conference. From the time I walked in I had nothing but courtesy and the front desk clerk found my reservation, gave me the room I requested, and was very courteous. I had no problems at all. I was very impressed with my room. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and pay alot more for a room with a refrigerator, stove in a suite. For the price I payed, it was just as good as staying in a 5 star hotel. My room was clean. I requested extra towels and received them right when I asked for them. I had a wonderful experience with this hotel and specifically this one. I have seen others and they are not as nice as this one. This one is great and also located in a good spot by the mall and shopping centers. The security was also good. You have to have your key card to get in at night. The clerk was there until they closed the lobby which was good hours also. I felt safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back. It was great.
I am a frequent user of priceline and have never been disappointed in the past - until now. When I made my request via priceline, I indicated 3 people - 2 adults 1 child. When I called the hotel to make sure we had 2 beds, I was told only smoking rooms were available, but we could switch the next morning to a non-smoking. We arrived about 0100 in the morning, and the room was absolutely disgusting. There were marks on the walls, cobwebs in the corner above the fridge, the fridge was dirty on top. The floor felt sticky - I kept my sandals on. The bathroom was dirty around the floor - baseboard - holes in walls - sort of patched up. The beds were lumpy / hard - when I pulled back the covers, it looked like sand.. We were so tired, and I had to get up early, so we did not do anything other than hope that the next morning our room would be much better. Well, this morning, there were no non-smoking rooms available, and were told we would have to stay in that room. We decided that we would cut our time short, even though the room was paid for. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER go to an extended stay America if this is any indication of what the place is like. I got this on a bid, so did not know what I was making my bid on ---- but if I sever see ESA as an option, I will run the other way. It looks nice from the outside, but scary FILTHY inside.
