To Whom it may concern, My stay at the Days Inn in Federal Way. The room that I stayed in was very clean and neat, the microwave was very clean, the little frid was nice and cool to keep your food in. Housekeeping was very nice and kind when cleaning the room. Beds was nice and clean, the bathroom was clean every day. The employees at the front desk was very professional and the treated the customers with class. The employees at the front desk in the office made their customers feel very welcome to be at the Days Inn. My stay at this Days Inn was pleasant, I stayed there for 13 days. I enjoyed the variety of amenities, free breakfast, the iron and ironing board, the free high speed internet, the comfortable room at a great price, comfy bed, and the hospitality was great at the front desk. Yes, I will stay at this Days Inn in the future. I will rate this Days Inn a 9 (from 1-10). This is my review on Days Inn in Federal Way, Wa on 34827 Pac Hwy. Great Staff. I stayed at this place last weekend with some of my girlfriends and was surprised at how nice it actually was despite the previous reviews! the hotel use to be a holiday inn so the rooms are big and spacious, fridge, tv, hair dryer, wifi all included. The service was friendly and the front desk staff was always ready and willing to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place to ppl looking to pay a reasonable price!

We stopped in here after driving all day. My son is going to be stationed at nearby Fort Lewis. I was using my cell phone to research various hotels around the area and not having any luck finding anything but a hampton suite for $199....$179 for a military discount. While gassing up I saw this Days Inn and called to check rates $79 plus tax.

About a 1/4 inch gap in the door to the outside all around, wallpaper coming off the corners of the wall in the bathroom, toilet kept sticking, and shower seemed to be more of a water hose stuck to the wall.....sprayed hard but coming out of the wall a bit and very much in need of updating.

In the morning it seemed the hair dryer wasn't working.....I went down with wet hair to get some breakfast and ask for a new hairdryer. Finished some Folgers and went to the desk she said that they would have to bring me one because it requires a screwdriver to put it in. I went back to the room and managed to get it working and dried my hair. I even put on makeup before the gal showed up with the hairdryer in hand she was attempting to just hand it to me. This is the same hairdryer that I couldn't take from the desk because it required a screwdriver.

Overall I would have stayed at the Aurora ( I think) near the casino we saw while heading into the area. I see on websites their rooms are the same price and get great reviews....I believe they are only 10 or 15 minutes from here.

To start off, the customer service was crappy. Days before we were supposed to be there, we called to make sure that they would have adjoining rooms available since we had too many kids for 1 room and they make you reserve a separate room. They said they had them available for us and gave us the room #'s and everything. We show up there and no adjoining rooms available. So, adults had to sleep in separate rooms after we were already told they would be available. Then they say they allow pets, but have no grass for them to go to the bathroom. The room was DIRTY!!! We found food and a toy on the floor from previous guests. Who knows how previous, either. If I can find that right out in the open, what does that say about how they clean? Obviously they don't vacuum!!! The air conditioner didn't work in one of the rooms, so at almost midnight had to switch rooms, the room that was given, the air conditioner mad really loud noises like it was going to explode! And to top it off, when we checked out, no one apologized, or even asked how our stay was? NOTHING! RUDE, DIRTY, LIARS!!! I would never go back and I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!
