All and all this is a good property. Rooms were a bit small. Clean. Breakfast was good. Maybe a little older i.e. needs new carpet. All and all it was good.

Just a note to let you know what a great experience it was to be at your facility last Friday, December 9th, 2011. As an entertainer I travel to many venues. This was my first time at the Federal Way Clarion Hotel and I was very impressed with the quality of service, professionalism and cleanliness of the facility.

The banquet staff was polite, cheerful and efficient . They did not seem to be bothered or stressed with last minute changes and acted swiftly to get things done.

Both the conference room and the sleeping room were inviting and clean. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

Lastly, but not least, I want to commend you, Rik Franz, on all your help. Your knowledge, skills and experience helped to make the evenings event as successful as possible. Your willingness to please the "clients" while maintaining order and a fun atmosphere was superb. Your attention to detail is a welcome addition for anyone wanting to have an event at your facility. I appreciate you working with me from the beginning to the end of the event.

The Clarion Hotel is lucky to have you as an employee. I will definitely recommend the Federal Way Clarion Hotel to others and hope to work with you in the future.

We brought a swim team here for a meet. The Clarion was perfect! Great price, the JR suites had a ton of room. Four swimmers per room was comfortable! The fridge and microwave in each room was great. The service was impeccable. Everyone was always helpful and pleasant. Morning breakfast was great! Hot and cold options. Close to restaurants and shopping not to mention a great view of Mt Rainier. I stay here again in a heartbeat
