For our two night stay, we had a spacious and clean king suite that was fairly up to date. The bed was comfortable and room temperature easily controlled, so we had a good sleep. We did wake earlier than planned one morning when a dog in the adjacent room started whining/barking during the time it's owner went to breakfast. We looked at this as a random chance event that was not the hotel's fault other than that they have a pet policy that allows for small animals to be allowed. However, the staff was very courteous and helpful when we talked to them about this and other times we were at the front counter. The breakfast was quite decent and included hot scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles the two days we were there along with cereal, pastries, coffee, juice etc. (breakfast up to 9:30 am on weekends and 9:00 weekdays). The location was good for us as we wanted to shop at Alderwood Mall (a few minutes to the south) and the Seattle Premium Outlet mall (about 15-20 minutes to the north). The overall property was in reasonably good shape and we thought the value was overall quite good for what we paid compared to other hotels in the area. Overall a good value, convenient location with a good sleep although not designed with 'luxury' facilities to keep you there during the daytime. We would certainly stay there again.

We returned from a trip in Europe, came from the airport, 12 midnight. We were too exausted to drive on.
I asked for a room, just as I was start talking to the receptionist a phone call came in and the receptionist gave away the last room. I tried to tell her that I was in line to get the room. She scolded me that it had been rude to interrupt while she was on the telephone. Then she told that this was a repeat customer.
I called the manger the next week, never heard back despite my request. No apology.
Stay away, they might insult you! No curtesy! Bad management.

We stayed here for one night as we passed through the Seattle area. We had asked for a quiet location away from the elevator, but was given a room across from the elevators on the second floor. At first I was not pleased, but the room, with 1 queen bed, was much larger than any other motel room we stayed in on our trip AND it was quiet, in spite of the proximity to the elevator. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The hotel was well-kept, the room and public areas clean, and the front desk people pleasant. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the Boeing plant tour so is convenient for that. We would stay here again.

My daughter, granddaughter & I stayed overnite July 8th for an out-of-town wedding. The staff is amazingly courteous, helpful & honest.
My daughter left her bridesmaid dress in the hotel when we left. We didn't realize it for a few days.
I called the hotel, fully expecting it to be gone. However, Marianna had the dress in the office!!!! Talk about upstanding staff.
Trust is so hard to give these days. We are choice members & we are definitely going to remain loyal.
As we get near retirement, I have alot of hotels to stay in on our adventures.!!!
