“Need improvement Place”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 October 2011

I was disappointed at Priceline to gave me this "place" for what I offered for 2 nights stay. This is an economy extended stay place, wooded building, can hear people talking next door, walking upstairs, & flushing downstairs. The beds ~ 2 singles (not even a twin size), be careful not to rollover onto the floor, very squeeky noisy. They offer housekeeping once a week unless you pay, no shampoo or hair dryer unless you ask. They don't have ice machine unless you make your own. The only plus...they have a full size fridge.

Room Tip: Top floor will be quieter

“If you want to be safe, don't stay here"”

I had picked this hotel specifically because I wanted to stay outside of seattle thinking I would be safer. I had just entered the United States driving through Canada the last 4 days from Alaska. I read all the other reviews and felt comfortable enough with this hotel and decided to book 3 nights. I was worried about my car and wanted to be able to see it from my hotel room. So we parked it right outside our window, not 20 feet from the building. The first night we went to bed exhausted from our trip, about 1:30 in the morning we got a call from the front desk saying my car had got broken into. My dad and I ran outside to see the cops were already there. The rear driver's side window was busted open and 2 of my huge suitcases and a backpack were stolen. I had everything in my car that I had owned, I travel for work. The management came in and the front desk woman were very nice. They even offered up that there were cameras along the wall where my car was parked. Good right? No apparently even though my car was 20 feet from the wall the videos were so grainy that could only make out that it was a dark sedan and there were 2 people. Ha. anyway there were signs posted throughout the parking lot saying there was "roving security patrol." When we asked the front desk about that they said, 'Oh we got rid of that a long time ago." I thought we were safer with those signs up there. And to come to find out that they don't even have roving patrol they just kept the signs up for false sense of security, nice touch. So DO NOT stay here. This neighborhood is filled with crack junkies and many vehicles have gotten broken into recently as per an everett police officer.

“Convenient for business in Everett”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 April 2011

I stayed in this establishment for two months while working a temporary contract at a nearby manufacturing site. The location is great. The hotel is immediately off the highway and within walking distance to a small town mall and many low to mid tier restaurants.

Most of the clientele are business travelers. It's unusual for a hotel with so many business guests - Everett is basically a manufacturing town - the establishment does not offer any business services (e.g. fax, printing, etc.).

The hotel is a low budget hotel, offering weekly and monthly rates. You get what you pay for. The room interiors are outdated, have squeaky beds, chipped finish furniture, a basic television and very thin walls.

With all that said, if you're looking for a clean bed, convenient to your itinerary with reasonable rates, this is the place. Don't expect any frills.

Hanna was one of the most exceptional front desk staffers I've ever met. She's friendly, personable and helpful.

Room Tip: ask about special rates for area companies

“Very Clean! But Paper Thin Walls...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 May 2008

I won this on priceline for $48. I just needed something basic for one night for myself only. I was in town on business. The hotel is right off the I-5. Don't rely on mapquest for the directions on how to get there - not very good! I did have to turn around and found my way back to the hotel easily.
There is a big shell station beside the hotel that also has a large convience store.
The hotel was very clean, but very basic. The staff were very nice. I was checked in quickly. I had a room on the 2nd floor. The room had a small kitchenette (fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), table with 2 chairs, queen sized bed, rocking lounger chair, dresser, tv, and open closet.
It was a decent size for one person. I felt safe at this hotel as a woman traveling alone. Indoor corridors are nice and they lock the hotel down at 8pm and you have to have a keycard to get into the hotel.
The bed was really hard - but I still managed to sleep ok.
The room is very basic - no shampoo, no hair dryer - nothing you get in a regular hotel.
The internet is 4.99 one time connection fee for your entire stay. The internet (wireless only) was up and down, up and down - it wouldn't stay connected. I did ask for a refund of my 4.99 and they took it off my bill.
There is coffee 24 hours down stairs.
The only real complaint I have is the walls are paper thin. Someone next door to me obviously was not in and their phone was ringing constantly. Around 830pm I heard it, no big deal.
12am it woke me up - I thought it was my own phone it was so loud. Again at 230am - ringing 5 times each time. Then again at 530am. I am a really sound sleeper, but this was like having several wake up calls all night long. Very annoying.
I could not stay here for an 'extended stay' like it is meant to be. I thought this was a great place, but there is no way I could stay there for any long period of time having the neighbors phone calls wake me up all night long!
For one night it was good. I wouldn't probably purposely book this place again, but if I were to win it on priceline again, I would deal with it and ask for a quiet room that doesn't have someone on the other side if possible (assuming the hotel is not sold out).

“Great Staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 June 2007

We originally had our reservations at the Silver Lake location. One day before our scheduled departure, we received a call that the other guests (large group) had extended their stay and they hoped that we would agree to moving to this location. They offered to pay for one room for our troubles. We agreed and upon arriving at the Broadway location, the front staff had and remembered our situation. But because they had no pull out bed in a room we had to get another room (three total instead of two). They were very accommodating, pleasant, professional and helpful. They did pay for one room as agreed.

The rooms are quiet, good size, kitchen has stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, plates, etc. We had a pet, no problem, all went well. If we needed anything, they were happy to help or get for us.

The only complaint we all had the beds were extremely hard, very difficult to sleep. And our bathroom had hair on the toliet and sink which did not make me happy. If it weren't for the hard beds, I would return. But a good night sleep is worth more to me. If a hard bed doesn't bother you, go for it, this is a great hotel for the price, close to everything, including the freeway.
