had I knew there were several hotels in Everett, I would not use this outfit to book my room .
Days inn which is located at 1122 N. Broadway in Everett, WA was the worst hotel I've ever stayed .
We asked for a non smoking room and was given a room reeked with cigarette smoke. Balnket, sheets, comforter, drapes, all smelled like some chain smokers just left the room.
The clerk sprayed some air deodoant but it did not help . I could not sleep that night because the sheet smelled so bad .
And the price was terrible, $82.00 a night .
We stayed away from Days Inn for the rest of our trip.

For the money that we paid it wasn't too bad. Friendly clerks. They said they were upgrading the property.
We weren't expecting some $100 hotels. For motels under $100, it was worth the money.

This was a place I figured that at the price it was offering, that it wouldn't be "luxury", but that it would at least be half decent. When it came to the place, it was a total dump. It was dirty and messy, run down and I would never stay there again. If you plan on staying in Western Washington, I would suggest staying at the various KOA Kampgrounds throughout the state or a Best Western. The prices are affordable, yet, they are clean and you usually never have a problem there.

I stayed in the Days Inn with my boyfriend, when we got to the hotel it was run down but being budget travelers we were very used to this. We have stayed in the days inn franchise along our trip up the west coast and have found all others to be satisfactory except this one. We are not picky but we walked into the room and it had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes, we also noticed huge black stains on the carpet and when we went to use the towels they were stained and looked used. We requested new ones from the front desk staff who were friendly enough, but when we got back to the room these towels had stains too. We did not want to take a shower because of this and the bathtub was also dirty. All in all a horrible room, dingy hotel and dirty rooms...would not stay here ever again!
