After breakfast the second night of our stay my mom (76 years old) went to tell the lady at the front desk that we were disappointed with our room, (toilet clogged, either too hot or too cold, flickering lights) the lady informed her that when she checked out she would be compensated. Upon check-out I went in to talk to the same lady and I have never been more rudely talked to in my life by the same lady. She would not talk with me but kept on answering telephone calls and I asked if I could talk with her about our problems in our room and she said that she had nothing to say to us and that nothing would be done to our bill and that I should watch that the door does not hit me on the way out.
We have been coming to this hotel for the last 21 years for our annual mother daugher get- away, but I can honestly say that they will never get our business again. It is not only how rude the lady was to me, but in our room the lights flickered, our toilet was clogged and we had to use a plunger each time we went to the bathroom, and the room was either too hot or too cold, our sink and tub did not drain and we did not get our room cleaned during our whole stay.
