David was the highlight of the visit. He was friendly and very helpful. Not only did he get us great rooms but he also gave us a heads up to a good place to eat with a discount for staying at the HIE. When we got back to the hotel he had warm cookies waiting for us. If I didn't know better I would think he owned the place...you know...undercover boss.

I truely enjoyed my stay at the HIE. The hotel is clean and my room is perfect for me. Having breakfast ready at 5:30 is awesome. The 2 ladies who man the breakfast area are very kind and helpful. David, the front desk guy is a hoot!. He always greets me with a smile and goes out of his way to accomodate me. I would truely recommend this hotel.

Outstanding customer serivice with integrity. David and Lisa especially returned to me by mail a brand new cashmere scarf that I had left inadvertently in my room. Their honesty and dedication to visitors is remarkable. Thank you David and Lisa!

A+++ My team and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for more than a month and the service was excellent and the cleanliness was superb. They even went beyond the boundries and had breakfast for us at 5:30 AM. This was extremely helpfull when you work all day and dont have to take time to find restaraunts. I spend 90% of the year in hotels and this one is one I wish they would model others after. David the evening desk manager was helpfull in guiding us to good food and other points of interest and the housekeeping staff does not cut corners very clean from top to bottom. THanks

Wow nice surprise!!! Husband and I decided to go to Ellensburg rather than depending on pass conditions to spend Thanksgiving with son in college at Central. Did not have high hopes for accommodations.
We received excellent customer service...polite helpful reservation experience with "David" then positive helpful check in around 11pm with "Sam". Our room was one of the nicest I have seen in the $100 range. They do offer the reg discounts AAA etc. The next day we were offered a nice breakfast, the stand out was the hostess she was very visible (not hiding in the kitchen) greeting and offering help to everyone.She (sorry, do not remember name,young woman thanksgiving morn) even arranged for the fire place to be turned on and engaged the little ones. Our family came back t0 the fire place and living room area and spent several pleasant hours competing in a monopoly marathon. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful with our Goldendoodle also.
