Yikes! I sure panicked after reading the reviews on this site after I booked through Hotwire.
We finally got to the place after 1am and I was so nervous! What I found tho' was a simple, clean place with friendly people. The only surprise was that the shuttle from the airport was $10. They only charged us one way tho'.
I didn't look at the pool and the breakfast was just toast, cereal, juice and coffee but the overall experience was pleasant. There was a sign that said "new management" - maybe that accounts for the nicer stay?

I booked this through Hotwire, who listed it as 2.5 stars. Maybe it was when it was new, but it's a real dump now. Stained floors, dirty pillowcases, footprints on the ceiling! There was no entrance from the back parking lot, so we had to carry all our luggage around to the front, where the few parking spaces were full. A sign claimed it was a security issue, but my impression was that the card reader was broken. Maybe they have breakfast if you're up at the crack of dawn, but at 9 maybe they have some cold cereal. Make plans to eat--and stay--elseware!

Hotwire called this a 2 and a half star hotel-wrong. Yes there was a pool and airport shuttle, but it was SO dirty and bass -ackwards. It looks nice from the outside, but that is it. The website claimed hbo and free wireless but there was none, It was located in an awful sketchy neighborhood, the floors were filthy and the window was broken and had been taped shut with packing tape.
Everything about the place had been done so cheaply from the gross tube of shampoo to the shotty remote control. If I thought I was stgaying in a one star hotel. it may have been fine, but for almost a hundred dollars this place was a DUMP!

The hotel was supposed to be "near" the Sea-Tac Airport, but it was a $15 cab ride to get there. Once we checked in we found the room clean and quiet. Our view was of an empty lot next door, which was disappointing since the back of the hotel faces a beautiful view of Puget Sound.

There was no soap (or any other toiletries) in the room, and only two sets of towels. (Our reservation was for three adults.) I had to go back down to the front desk to get some soap so we could wash our hands. "Oh, sorry, she was really busy today," the desk clerk said. It was more of an explanation than an apology and I was a little irked.

The bathroom and dressing area were clean, as was the visible part of the room -- but the floor under the dresser was full of pretzel or chip crumbs. We didn't see any bugs, fortunately, but they're probably there by now.

The biggest problem with the hotel is that there is no restaurant on the premises or within easy walking distance. After a long flight from the east coast, and with no car, the only way to get any dinner was to order in. There was no refrigerator to keep our leftovers in, so we had to throw them out -- a big waste of money and food.

Breakfast wasn't a problem, though, as the hotel's continental breakfast in the lobby is reasonably good. There was cereal, milk, white bread and bagels (and a toaster), butter, jam, orange juice, and coffee.

There is a Rite-Aid drugstore half a block a way, which was convenient to pick up a couple of things I forgot.

The two double beds were very good, with firm mattresses and fluffy pillows. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were, and got a good night's sleep.

This was just a stopover for us on the way from the airport to Seattle, so we didn't have the time or energy to try out the indoor pool.

Taken all in all, it was okay for a low-priced motel. But don't stay there unless you're traveling by car.
