We booked a weekend at this condo. The company that rent's these condos rent other properties as well. This condo was a remodeled roadside motel. It was nicley appointed inside. Here is the list of issues: No lighting to see the lock to get your key in the door (they came and added battery operated lights to the door jam) nest of bugs above the bed, utinsels for eating and cooking were few, walls are paper thin, they gave horrible directions to get there telling us to check in at the office in town to get the key, upon arriving and driving around for an hour we had a another resort call them, then we were told to go straight to the condo and the key would be in the office there. There were teenagers renting the room next door screaming and yelling right outside the window until 4 am, rent was $255.00 a night! no blankets for hide-a-way bed, we called R. Giffin and she threatened to call the police and have us thrown out because we got rude with her on the phone after she yelled at us. We called the owner and he fixed all of the problems immediately the next day. I understand someone not wanting to hear complaints, but threatening the police? WOW!
