The first thing I noticed when we arrived at the Blue Moon was how extremely quiet it was with beautiful flowers growing all around. Our room was very private, the bed was wonderful, the bathroom was spotless but the most impressive part was the amazing meals we received for breakfast. Thank you Sam and Andy for being so friendly and helpful.

We needed to find a place to help us relax. Blue Moon Beach House did exactly that. All rooms have a private bath and fantastic views of the sound. The proprietors Andy and Sam immediately make you feel at home. We arrived late and Andy offered to build a fire on the deck. The beds are extremely comfortable and make it hard to get up in the morning except breakfast was sooooo good we could wait for the next morning. They also recommend two great restaurants for dinner, Stanwood Grill and Camano Island Bistro be sure to visit. We walked around the beach and neighbors were very friendly even inviting us into their homes. The entire house was nicely decorated and open public space with large deck and plenty of seating.

This is the perfect weekend getaway for couples looking to enjoy spectacular ocean views, cozy around a fire for late night smores and relax in adirondak chairs, down comforters and a hot tub heated by firewood that looks out at the sunrise and blue heron waiting for an unsuspecting pink salmon to jump out of the water. And, the breakfast was truly a hearty culinary experience complete with fresh cinnamon rolls, local coffee, homemade quiche, grilled asparagus, chicken apple sausage and more.

Everything about the Blue Moon Beach House is charming. It is a haven of beauty, relaxation, indulgence, and great ambience. We stayed in the Blue Moon room which was perfect - subtle decor, amazing views, cool loft reading nook. This definitely was not your typical B&B where you feel like you are sleeping at your grandma's house. It was modern and fresh and the breakfasts were amazing. The owners are a young, lovely couple who are very warm and friendly and willing to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend the Blue Moon Beach House. It is fabulous and we cannot wait to return!
