We got a call to our room in the middle of the night. Apparently they had double-booked our room, so thought it would be ok to call and ask us (rudely) what our name was, then just hang up. So I went to the front desk to see what the problem was and there was a young couple looking on the verge of tears. She was wearing a wedding gown and he was in a tux. The owner was trying to figure out what had gone wrong and barely even apologized for waking us up with the phone call! Seriously people, mistakes happen but you need to be polite to your customers and at least offer a sincere apology. There are other hotels down the road, I would stay at one of those in the future.
