I stayed with the Hampton Inn Bremerton while working at the adjoining shipyard. My co-worker and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay from check in and meeting the Manager Matt to the decent accomodations. I will say however that during our week long visit we had several issues with breakfast. Having stayed with several Hamptons we have come to expect the less than stellar selection but the service always makes up for it. During our visit I believe we experienced the poorest service from a Peg and Terrie. Neither smiled at any point in time and we felt harrassed about having to provide our keys before being allowed to eat. Everything was great except the breakfast service. We may decide to stay up the street next time.

This Hampton Inn is next to the Bremerton-to-Seattle ferry. While there was a slight cost for parking in the hotel's garage, we were able to leave our car there for the next day, while we ferried to Seattle and back. Our immaculate K suite had beautiful furnishings and linens, comfortable beds and pillows, and provided a view of the harbor. The evening was quiet. Staff members were friendly, personable, and helpful, from the front desk, to the breakfast provider. AARP membership provided a lower rate for our room.

This is not an exceptional hotel, but is the best place to stay in Bremerton, near the waterfront and the ferry dock. We stayed here while attending a family wedding and were extended a late check-out courtesy that worked perfectly for us. The location was very convenient and the staff was accomodating. The suite was spacious and comfortable.

I stayed here for two nights while speaking at a conference in September 2011. I was very pleased with this comfortable, well-maintained hotel. It overlooks the water with lovely views, and is an easy, five-minute walk from the ferry terminal. It is right next door to the Kitsap Conference Center, where many meetings and functions are held (including mine). The staff is warm and helpful, the room spacious, clean, and well appointed, and the overall faciliies fine. Nothing fancy, but just fine for a business or leisure trip of a few days.

I'd stay here again without hesitation -- a very good, reasonably priced hotel.
