We stayed here last night. Most Super 8's have microwaves & fridges. This one did not.
It is also in a rank part of town--we heard there is a lot of crime in this area. Without a car, it is scary to walk around at night.
The taxi charged $15 to come from the ferry terminal too!
Hotels in Bremerton seem to be expensive, but it might be worth the extra $$$ to stay closer to the waterfront.

Silverdale's hotels were full so I had to stay here.
Very minimal aminities. No alarm clock, no coffee pot, no wired or wireless internet. Best internet speed through their phone system was 26,400 baud. Television/cable was okay, housekeeping was good.
Free breakfast was very minimal. Two juices, bad coffee and muffins or pastries.
There's very little to do in this town. Silverdale's much better and only 5 miles away.

I knew it was not going to be a good experience when the first thing I heard from the staff was laughter while they were discussing a recent inspection that had been performed by some people from Motel 8. The Bremerton unit apparently did not do well but, this was a laughing matter for the staff.It didn't get much better when I found out that my brother spent less than I did for identical accommodations and I actually had a chain discount card that I had presented. Overall, I would have expected somewhat more and if all you want to do is sleep, OK. Go to Port Orchard and stay at Holiday Inn. Same price...much better.
