I stayed here for 3 week's business trip. The staff was not at all helpful. My colleague was given a room on the top floor and it had a persistent bad smokey smell. I got a king size room which was a lot bigger, but had not view at all.
I would have perhaps liked this hotel if the staff were better.

I was reading other reviews and people either seem to be confused or the manager of this hotel left the rave reviews. This hotel does not offer breakfast so the 5 star review by one of the people does not make much sense. This hotel is in need of renovations and a few reasonable upgrades.

1. Very, very dirty.
2. Neighbours with dogs that are let go potty right behind the hotel.
3. Very very slow internet, almost unworkable at 30 Kbs
4. NO BREAKFAST
5. Mattresses ripped, carpets dirty, burn marks behind on the countertops.
6. Very expensive laundry at 3.00 per run with one washing machine broken, another was about to be broken as it was not working properly.
7. Nasty smell in the hallways, rooms and unberable smell in the elevator.
8. Witnessed an arest in the hotel.
9. TV has about 10 channels available.

We will not stay there again.

I stayed here for a week on business. I chose this extended stay b/c of price first since i was on such a tight budget. it is a little bit out of the way from downtown Seattle, but the location is still good in regard to having restaurants right around the corner, I405 is 1/4 mile away, and there is a mall about 5 miles up 405.
Staff was great, no trouble with loud guests and the rooms were adequate for me.

I have stayed at this Hotel location many times over the past five years as I travel frequently between France and the Seattle area.
I have found this hotel to be clean and the hotel staff to be friendly ,professional, efficient and very accommodating.
The rooms are quite large and comes with a small but very functional kitchen , equipped with the necessary utensil and dinnerware, also clean bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Radio, Cable TV , as well as WiFi is available; local phone calls are free.
The staff is very friendly and will answer to your needs in a very professional manner.
They are also knowledgeable about the area and can be very helpful .
All in all I highly recommend this hotel and found it to be a very good value as the rates are quite low compared to other facilities in the area.
They have also recently undergone a remodel and many of the rooms have been completely redesigned.
