There is no one on staff during the weekend that can help with anything. We had several problems and was told that the manager doesn't work on weekends, and there is no maintenance on the weekends either. Our bathtub didn't drain and was told there was nothing they could do until Monday. There is no breakfast on the weekend which they don't tell you till check in but its something their website let's you know you get. The bed was so hard and it made a very odd noise like it was wrapped in plastic. The rooms are so small that there is not a proper bathroom door its a sliding door.

Their definition of deluxe is different than mine! Small, small room with a 'kitchen' shoved in. Room has a strong foul odor, mattress is harder than the floor, couch bed extremely uncomfortable, no phone when we checked in and the dishwasher was missing all its guts! Was billed for week stay prior to our staying the whole week. This hotel will rank as probably the worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in!!!!!!!

the room we had was 2 queen and it was on the ground floor and very smelly, everytime you walked into the room it smelt of dampness.

The kitchen was small and poorly equipped, no ice maker in the fridge and no ice maker in the hotel.
With 3 adults the room is cramped, and no where to eat at a table.
We stayed for 5 days and were glad to leave. the housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful, but the mgmt was not interested in solving the smelly room issue etc. Very disappointed.

I was a bit concerned given some of the negative reviews, but I just called the hotel after making my reservation online & made the requests I was concerned about.
The hotel staff was helpful throughout the entire process: before checking in, during the stay & at checkout.
This isn't a super romantic boutique spa hotel, but I think that's pretty obvious. As long as your expectations are in line with the rate you pay, I would recommend this stay to anyone.
To be completely forthcoming, the only things I could see really disappointing someone if they were counting on them are: the internet was very slow to the point of not really being able to use our laptop & there was a fee for it / I didn't look, but my guy said the fitness center was pretty out of date equipment-wise & they don't have anything but coffee if you're staying on the weekend, but if you bring something along you can keep it in the kitchenette for the morning...problem solved
