I was visiting the Seattle area and needed as affordable hotel which was within 20 minutes of my training that I was attending. My room was clean. Staffs were friendly and breakfast buffet was good and had a good variety. There are many restaurants within 5 mile area and hotel has a restaurant which I did not get a chance to try their food. The gas station/market was very easy to go to to get bottled water, etc. It had a nice lobby and I used the exercise room once.

I lived in the greater Seattle area and know the hotels can be pricey during the work week. I selected this property on several recent occasions as I was moving out of the area. I know the surrounding neighborhood is mostly office complexes and the residential areas are safe, thought not upscale, which results in an economical price for overnight stays. The location is close to freeways and a good choice for business meetings on the Eastside. The hotel itself is a bit worn and is ready for some upgrading, which I noticed was occurring in several rooms on the ground floor. The lobby and eating area are nicely appointed, but the furnishings in the rooms are in need for an update. The room and bathroom was clean, however, so if you're mainly needing a safe, clean rest for the night with an economical rate, this is a decent choice.

The lobby is super charming, bfast buffet is fresh and warm (7 days a week) not just the usual bagel and cream cheese but instead we surprisingly got ham and eggs, burrito, country fried chicken, etc..the dining experience is wonderful and not to mention the dining area is kept neat and in order at all times! Our room in maintained daily by housekeeping, staff at the front desk and the entire hotel are super friendly and courteous..There are plenty of restos and gas station right outside the hotel lobby so we were never hungry during our stay, oh well the bfast was actually so filling we didnt have to eat till early dinner time..
The carpet by the halls may be stinky (smells like smoke and kinda musty), however our overall stay is definitely AWESOME. I highly recommend this hotel to all. And I definitely would want to stay here again :)

We spent three nights between Christmas and New Year in this establishment because the deal was unbeatable. It is our many leisure trip in this area but the very first time stay in Bothell. The hotel is a little tricky to find but once you get there, it is just amazing how one can get in and out quickly because the main hwy is only 1/2 block away.
The look is deceiving from the outside but it is a very welcoming and cozy establishment. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are no brainers and very basic but the beds are comfy. This is not your place if you are used to stay with 4 seasons or the Ritz and again, you are not paying $$$$ just to sleep the night. I found the front office and the lobby area are nicely appointed and just as appealing to the 5 stars establishment. The breakfast buffet was thoughtful and well presented (no paper plates or plastic cups). It comes with the room and there are plenty of selections. Again one cannot really complain about the artificial eggs when the room rates are so attractive. I am however concur with the many reviewers the one negative part is that the hallway carpets leading to the guest rooms are dated and smell a bit musty. I couldn't smell a thing after the first night and may be this has something to do with the daily wine tour schedule while we were there.
The hotel is well positioned and only minutes away from all the many nearby winneries. Great restaurants all around and no one need to travel to Belleuve or Seattle for fine dining. We love the quiet and peace around this area and the best part that you can park almost anywhere and no need to feed the meters
