We stayed in this hotel in April 2011, and we were looking for a hotel close enough to Seattle by driving, without paying the ridiculous prices. We paid $109 a night on the weekends, and $139 during the week. We got a hotel room that had a separate bedroom from its living space. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite small, but workable. We stayed on the bottom floor, and its true what you read about how loud people walking above you can be.
Just a 5 min drive from grocery stores, restaurants, and a movie theatre. They don't have the best fitness centre, but if you contact the front desk, they can offer you inexpensive gym passes to the YMCA a block away!

Breakfast at the Residence Inns are quite boring, but warm. What's impressive is "Evening Reception", where only on the weekdays they provide Free Beer/Wine, and a light meal such as burgers, or tacos.

Stayed in a two room suite with my wife and I in one bedroom and my brother in another. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There is no wireless, but they have ethernet connections for computers, although my brother could not get his computer to work. We used the computer in the lobby and it was fine. They have an evening reception, but we were in town. There is a hot breakfast that was fine. The hotel is not close to much in the way of restaurants, bars, shopping, so you really need a car if you are staying here. Saying here in the two room suite was significantly cheaper than getting two separate rooms in any hotel of the same quality in the area. I have stayed at other Residence Inns and, with one exception in Laredo, Texas, this was up to par with what I expected.

We stayed at this Residence in 14 years ago and made a point to return this trip. Even though it is not too close to downtown we like the room layouts and ammenities Residence Inn offers. We used the on site laundry facilities which was very convenient. We took full advantage of the breakfast buffet and found the light dinner offerings just right after a day of sightseeing. The people at the front desk were very helpful. I phoned one evening at 10PM complaining about the basketball game that was still going on outside my room. I was told that it was definitely "quiet time" and someone went out to end the game. One advantage of this location was that we had a morning tour of the Boeing Facility and it was only a short drive away.

This place is nice to stay if you want to be near Seattle without paying for a Seattle price hotel. It has 2 bedroom suite with center living area which is so nice if traveling with kids.
Breakfast is very basic: waffle station, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal and milk juice, and coffee. Plenty of parking.
Issues is that if you are on the bottom floor, the walls are very thin and you can hear people walking above you. Some of the furniture in our room ie. The couch was worn down and scratched and none of the phones in our room worked. Only one of the two bedrooms had a tv- interesting thing is the bigger room with the double door did not. But the price was right and the trade off is having more room for the kids to run in.


I would give a 4 for the room but the other things are more of a 3.
