First off the bat, make sure the door locks behind you. I had to slam the door hard to make sure it was locked. Sadly, housekeeping may not know about this, so don't leave any valuable stuff in the room.
Smallish hotel room for a king sized bed and large bulky chairs and a desk. As typical with most hotels, internet connection was crap, so working off my own hotspot helped. I always bring a power strip with me because most hotels (especially older hotels) don't have enough power plugs in the room -- I'm glad I did!
McDonalds, Starbucks, 7-eleven and a chinese resataurant are next door making it convenient to get something decent.
Otherwise, its a decent place to stay. Not the best and certainly not the worst.
