Stopped in late at night on 9/7/11. It just right down the road from the ferry drop off. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The office staff was very helpful with directions and things around the island. Very clean, and up to date. Breakfast was in the main office and was help yourself.

The decor is very nice, the front staff were very friendly and helpful. There's no restaurant here but there is is a continental breakfast served. It was very good. There's are a couple of restaurants within a very short walk for lunch or dinner.
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Our family started our holiday to Seattle a day earlier and opted to come over to Bainbridge Island to get a taste of island life. When the "big chain" hotel was sold out we opted for the Island Country Inn (just down the street) and was quite pleased.

This inn appears to be a family run business, with well maintained rooms with light coloured wood furniture and comfortable surroundings. While we didn't get the chance to try the pool, it certainly would offer the kids a little treat during a warm summer day.

The Inn offered a nice little continental breakfast with the usual cereal, toast, porridge, waffles, etc. Enough choice for everyone, including the pickiest child!

Internet access is a nice little add-on.

Overall a nice stay and the start to a great day on Bainbridge Island.
