Stayed here on September 17, 2010 on way to TN. Hotel is very easy access from interstate. You can truly pop on and off with ease. Hotel grounds clean/tidy. Ample selection of food/gas nearby hotel. Friendly and helpful staff working. Very pet friendly. We had no trouble with our small dog who was traveling with us. Booked a two Queen bed room. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was of good size. Coffee maker/small refridgerator in room. Exercise room was clean. Indoor pool was open until midnight. (Although I must agree with other review in that it was cold) I think we all know how popular indoor pools are and this hotel did add a nice touch and have 11pm-midnight as "adults only" allowed in pool area. Had the pool been warmer, I certainly would have stayed in longer. I have to say, however, it was quiet in pool area come 11pm which is rare with hotel pools for the most part. Breakfast in am had a large selection. Juices, coffee, waffle maker, assorted pastries, sausage and biscuits, yogurts, etc. Certainly enough to fill you up before you hit the road. Decent sized breakfast area as well. Booked a decent price with AAA through Choice Hotels website. I would certainly stay here again if traveling down that way.

Stayed here on a trip to the beach (half way point) and the kids needed to swim off pent up energy. Pool was cold, over chlorinated and it was so hot in the pool room you couldn't breath. Floor surrounding pool was ceramic tile and so slippery you had to hold onto the kids for fear they would fall and hit their heads. Room didn't have any towels when we arrived, had to go down and get those. Son and Family's room door wouldn't lock and key card wouldn't work, had to change rooms. Key cards would work and then wouldn't work, so we had to keep going and getting them re-programmed. On a good note, the place was "very" clean and comfortable and even with the minor problems, the staff was very courteous and helpful. I don't recommend the little restaurant next door, the food was awful.

We book this hotel late in the day and were welcomed to a clean, large, comfortable room that was fairly priced.

My husband had an unexpected business trip to the area on our way back from Christmas. We had to find a hotel that took dogs and we chose this hotel. It is absolutely not what I'm used to; however, I must say this hotel was very, very good and it worked out perfectly. The suite was roomy (since I had to stay in the room for 2 days while my husband went to meetings) and the couch with separate bedroom is highly recommended if traveling with a dog.
