The days in Winchester is our 1/2 way to NC stop. While the motel is not 5 star, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the mattress is comfortable. It does include a continental breakfast which is a plus. You can't beat the price for a nights sleep.

My husband and I just returned from a 2 day stay at the hotel. We were there for a Great Dane dog show which meant we had our dane with us. The hotel was was wonderful to allow many of us with our show dogs to stay there. The service was excellent. Phone calls for information were promptly answered. There's a large area for walking dogs.
Wakeup calls were on time.
The appliances in the bathroom are pretty old and the rooms are not well lite.
There was a small clean refrigerator and a microwave...perfect for heating up the dogs meat and our resturant left overs.
The beds were comfortable. No bugs or fleas (again, our dog is a show dog so if I'd seen one insect we would've been out of there. . Room smelled clean. Linens/towels were old but very clean. Not the usual type of hotel my husband & I stay at but fine for a trip with the dog. We were very pleased

This was a nice, clean motel. We arrived after midnight and was greeted with friendliness. The room was your average motel room, nothing extravagant but clean. I noticed when we walked out of the room that it was in a really nice neighborhood. It is located a little further south of Winchester so there aren't as many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but there was your usual variety of fast food places. i will definitely stay here again.

Not the best choice for this area. The shower and vanity are too low and only useable if you are under 5 ft tall. The bathroom was clean but one walk across the carpet and my socks were black. Breakfast was orange juice, coffee and stale grocery bagels and sweet rolls. Low price but not a good value.
