After trying out many other places in Williamsburg, we have settled on SpringHill Suites for our regular stays while building our new house. The staff is GREAT!! They are friendly, helpful, and happy -- couldn't be nicer. The suites are spacious and have everything we need -- including a real freezer for the ice pack. We missed having a channel guide for the TVs (there are TWO), but that's it.

Location on Richmond Road is perfect - close to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel is set back from the road, so not as noisy as others.

Breakfast is perfect - lots of healthy choices including oatmeal, bananas, and yogurt. For the money, this hotel can't be beat. One more thing -- the manager comments on tripadvisor reviews -- WOW!!

A very good hotel in a great location. Convenient to major sites of interest and outlet shops. The free breakfast was one of the best, I have seen.

This is nice place to stay. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Travelers need to be warned, however. This is a popular place for school groups to stay as well. This may be a good thing and may not be a good thing based on your tolerance of noise. Kids always are supervised but it is a fact of life for this hotel.

Stayed at the SpringHill suites Williamsburg with the family between Christmas and New Years. It was very crowded but the hotel staff was up to the challenge. The breakfast area is large but was strained with a hotel full of families. We had three kids plus a grandmother and the room was able to accommodate with the pull out couch. Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown are all really short drives as well as Busch Gardens. Recommend the combination pass of Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg during the holidays.
