First - I was a big fan of Country Inn & Suites for years. Last year (same time) we stayed at this hotel and had dirty sheets - fruit punch all over the sheets, comforter and furniture. After calling the front desk our room was changed and everything was fine. This year upon our arrival on Thanksgiving we pulled back the comforter to find dirty fresh stains on the sheets of one bed. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room. When we inspected the bedding of the new room (the first thing I do) we found a large, wet brown stain (bowel). That was it - my husband pulled the comforter off the bed and we walked downstairs to show the front desk. The staff did not seem to care, she had a "whatever" attitude. Like I said, I was a fan. This hotel has tarnished Country Inn/Suites reputation with me - I am not going to have my small child sleep in such filth. We checked out and went down the street to Marriot - paid a little more - but worth it - clean bedding, larger room, nice staff!!!!

Stayed Grand Illumination weekend 2010, hotel was clean and updated with computers in the lobby for guests use. Very close to the historical events & Busch Gardens. Even had warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby for guests. Breakfast was good, could use alittle bit more items on it. There are trains that run - across the highway - but far enough away where it didn't wake me up at night. Would definitely stay there again.

Room and hotel very clean. Wonderful service. Close to busch gardens and Historic Williamsburg. Only issue was alot of traffic noise from road and busy railroad track across the street, but we can sleep through anything so it didnt bother us.

Jack and I stayed 4 nights here, while touring Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The hotel is close to everything. We were greeted warmly at Check-in, and given a "Welcome Bag" with area information and coupons, a bottle of water, and a fruit bar. Our King room also had a sofa/pull out bed (for families with children,) There was free wireless internet throughout the hotel. Breakfast was 6:30 - 10:30, with a nice assortment of fresh fruits, yogurts, cereal, hot oatmeal, waffles, bagels, danish and juices.
