I stayed here while visiting friends in the area and was very happy with this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff had no problem accommodating any requests we had. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, as well, with Colonial Williamsburg, the Yorktown Battlefield, and Busch Gardens amusement park all within an easy drive. There was also a continental breakfast, which was OK.
The one negative experience in the entire stay was the fact that at on the Saturday morning of our stay we were woken at 7 am by the sound of loud counting and yelling. Further inspection revealed that this was several dozen small children doing jumping jacks while counting in unison while some adults (coaches, counselors?) barked orders at them. Presumably they were staying at the hotel, and though the hotel can't necessarily control all its guests I wish it had requested that these particular guests workout elsewhere instead of waking all of us up (I had friends staying on floors 2, 3, and 4, and all heard it - so it wasn't confined to any particular room - they woke the hotel).
Other than the early wake up call on Saturday I enjoyed this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Williamsburg.
