Awesome experience...beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Loved being able to take shuttles, and move through Colonial Williamsburg with ease. Would love to return every year this time. The food is to unbelievable, try Campbell's Tavern. Lovely experience.

This was perfect for my recent stay with my wife while visiting Colonial Williamsburg. Clean, safe, convenient. Good breakfast included.

When on vacation I like things to be nice, sparkling clean, and something special. Aside from very hospitipal staff and great location, nothing special here. No special detail, box spring are not covered, towels are average, drains are slow, water flow is sprinkle, shower curtain is utility thought only, sink is cracked. Suspicious of the used towel environmental message, when breakfast is served with all paper & plastic utensils/plates. Continental breakfast is nothing special/nothing fresh. If you want to stay official Williamsburg, save a few bucks and pick Govenors Palace.

The hotel is next door to the Visitor's Center; which offers free shuttles around Colonial Williamsburg.

The front desk staff were friendly. There was a fireplace in lobby burning and ginger bread houses. The room was clean, with two double beds. Our room was very quiet. WiFi is sporadic. AT&T cell service does not work inside hotel, but does work outside hotel door and around Colonial Williamsburg.
