“"Good stay, great price"”

Took 2 rooms for the night as our adult son was traveling with us. Reserved on Choice Hotel site and got a great rate. Had an excellent stay. Well furnished room, comfortable beds, and decent breakfast. Used to stay at one of 2 other Quality Inns (one has closed and the other is under another lesser quality franchise). This one is much better than the other 2. Will stay here again if can get same good rates.

“Can't Beat the Value!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 January 2012

We stayed here on a recent trip to see beautiful Williamsburg during the holiday season. The location is very convenient to the historic area, shopping, and restaurants. Our room was less than $50 and because of this low rate we were a little nervous about what the quality would be. But it was a clean, comfortable room and the staff was friendly. The one thing I would alert people to concerns the hours for the free breakfast. The posted time is from 6-9 am but don't show up after 8:45 because there won't be anything left. I would have been happy with a cup of coffee but the urns were all empty. So I went to the lobby where they also usually have coffee, but those urns were empy too. From about 8:50 until 9:30 (when the lobby urns were refilled) several people with empty cups in hand were running back and forth between both locations trying to find coffee. It was hilarious! Everyone was asking, "Where's the coffee? Where's the coffee??!" My husband and I finally left and had breakfast downtown. But hey- I'd stay there again for the low rate.

“Excellent quality for the money”

Located close to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center and the historic area as well as the malls and outlets it is a god location to start a trip around the area. The staff was very friendly despite our arriving very late. The room was spacious, , well appointed, and clean.. The breakfast had the typical items but was in a large sunny room with ample seating. Best of all it was reasonably priced, an improtant consideration these days.

Room Tip: We chose a room with a king bed. It was still very spacious including an easy chair and a desk if yo...

“Nicely decorated and well maintained. Very clean. Friendly staff.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 December 2011

I stayed here about 5 years ago, and everything was fine. This time it was even better. The decor of the main areas and the room had been updated. Everything was very clean. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and professional. Breakfast was an enhanced continental breakfast with waffles and biscuits and gravy, more than sufficient to get you going in the morning. They don't have a computer for guest use, but they have an arrangement to use the business center at the Hampton Inn about a two minute walk away. For the rate I booked through the web site, this was an outstanding value. I will stay here the next time I come to Williamsburg, and I would recommend it to friends and relatives.

Could not believe the rates. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and large seating area. Staff wonderful. Could use a coat of paint.
