Enjoyed the large rooms with separate sitting area with full sized fridge and microwave & dishwasher. TV in each room. We have 2 small children and it's great when they can sleep in a different rooms so everyone doesn't have to go to bed by 7:30. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only minor complaints - the pool was cold, and the free breakfast was uninspiring (but free).

The budget hotels in the Hilton chain are always clean, comfortable, and priced right. Just perfect for a couple of days visiting with family in Williamsburg. This property is a short drive to the colonial area on one of the main roads. Also close to shopping and dinning. We stayed in a second floor room in the front. We heard some minor road noise when some large trucks passed but this was not often. I am not sure how much noise one would hear in the summer. If this is an issue for you, ask for a room away from the street.
The Richmond Road Hampton Inn is a great bargain. We would stay on a return trip to Williamsburg.
