Went there to stay and see Christmas Town at BG. When we walked through the door we could see a guy sitting in the back room looking on a laptop. When we got to the counter he got up. Did job but not very hospitable. The next morning the advertisement says hot breakfast. At 9:15 my husband saw the breakfast and came to the room to get my self and daughter also friends that were staying in another room. At 9:31 we were there and this same guy was removing all breakfast items, so we asked about it he said over at 9:30. We managed to get a pack of oatmeal a piece and go to the table. Before we could finish he had removed all oatmeal and rest of items! How rude. In today's economy jobs are a gitt, so not that I want this guy to lose his job but he certainly needs a coaching on hospitality. Your housekeeping was great especially one lady that was so interested in our trip. Place was clean and nice. In planning another trip to Williamsburg may consider another place. Don't advertise hot breakfast if it is removed at breakfast time. (at 9;15 eggs andbacon still there) He took them still with food in them. He removed food with couples standing there!

Traveled to Christmas Town with another family for the weekend and our friends booked a room at the Quality Inn because it was one of the closest properties to Busch Gardens and had a indoor pool.
Upon check-in we asked about the pool and the lady said that it was "broken." But when we were checking out the pool was being used so it must have been fixed or was just temporarily out of service. I do not know why hotels still offer rooms with 2 double beds instead of 2 queen sized beds. The rooms were very cramped and the bathroom sink area was unusable because it is so small of an area. The small counter has a sink, shampoo and soap dislpay, a coffee maker, coffee, cups, and condiments. Every time you use the sink you are knocking items off the granite counter on to the floor. The shower had such low water pressure we couldn't properly wash off the soap. The A/C & Heating unit had its flap broken off but the flap was just laying on top of the unit. Someone should just throw away the broken flap instead of leaving it sitting on the unit.
The breakfast was not properly stocked at all times and had NO fruit of any kind fresh or cut pieces which is a requirement for their brand. Their is no hostess just the FD to take care of the items so if they are busy food just runs out. The associates were very nice but I really would not choose to stay here again because there are just better options available in Williamsburg.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip to Busch Gardens. The staff was very nice and always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast was AMAZING! They offered scrambled eggs, biscuits, bacon, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Even had a separate nook for bagels and other toaster items. The rooms were clean and the staff kept the bathrooms especially clean and stocked with towels, etc. I highly recommend this hotel for weekend getaways.

My husband and I stayed overnight after a day at Busch Gardens. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had requested a first floor room and received one. The room was spacious and clean--in fact, one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in recently. We even had a refrigerator, which was a surprise. There was a fan in the bathroom, which we consider a big plus. AND we were very surprised when we went to breakfast. As we walked into the room, a gentleman came in and uncovered hot pans of bacon, eggs, gravy, and biscuits. There were bagels, bread for toast, muffins, fruit juice, really fresh coffee, and lots of other goodies. Everything was really good. We intend to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
