My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip to Busch Gardens. The staff was very nice and always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast was AMAZING! They offered scrambled eggs, biscuits, bacon, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Even had a separate nook for bagels and other toaster items. The rooms were clean and the staff kept the bathrooms especially clean and stocked with towels, etc. I highly recommend this hotel for weekend getaways.

My husband and I stayed overnight after a day at Busch Gardens. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had requested a first floor room and received one. The room was spacious and clean--in fact, one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in recently. We even had a refrigerator, which was a surprise. There was a fan in the bathroom, which we consider a big plus. AND we were very surprised when we went to breakfast. As we walked into the room, a gentleman came in and uncovered hot pans of bacon, eggs, gravy, and biscuits. There were bagels, bread for toast, muffins, fruit juice, really fresh coffee, and lots of other goodies. Everything was really good. We intend to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

After many reviews from a lot of hotels/motels I picked this one. The price was good, the beds confortable, the kids loved the pool as well as my husband and I. Breakfeast was o.k. prepackage eggs, bacon, orange juice, apple juice, mini muffins, a variety of cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee, it wasn't bad. We went down to spend a day or two at Bushgardens, I had no idea that it was only opened on the weekends. We were celebrating our grandson's birthday.

There are countless hotels in Williamsburg, most of which seem to have mixed reviews. We had a difficult time deciding where to stay. We were extremely glad we chose this one and would stay here again. The location was fantastic, about 3 minutes from Busch Gardens and 5 minutes from Water Country USA. The hotel was crowded during our stay, however we did not hear noise at night and slept comfortably. The continental breakfast was solid, with various cereals, breads, muffins, fruits, juice, etc. We did have two different front desk staff members tell us two different things with regard to a room discount we were eligible for. Other than that, two thumbs up.
