This resort is located in a very nice area. The grounds were very clean and the units were well appointed. The staff was friendly and maintenance responded to both of my requests quickly. We stayed at the Estates in a wonderful three bedroom unit (A and B side.) Beautiful granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, lovely stainless steel appliances, cozy jetted tubs and pillow top mattresses were nice luxury additions. My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. I was a bit disturbed at how easily anyone could gain access to the resort. There was no sentry at the gatehouse each time we entered and left the resort during our daily trips. The Estates seem to be relatively new and I think the construction was probably the minimum allowed by building code. The floors in the second upstairs bedroom squeaked each time I walked across the room and there was poor soundproofing in our unit. Whenever anyone walked across the floor on the second level in our unit or the second level in the neighboring unit, it sounded like a bowling alley. However, we would recommend this resort to anyone. Families will really appreciate the resort's proximity to Water Country and Busch Gardens.
