What a pleasant stay I had! Stayed at this hotel because I was bringing my dog with me. Hotel was super clean and tidy from the lobby, breakfast room, to the individual rooms. Comfy, spacious rooms with all amenities...microwave, fridge, coffee pot, coffee, tea, etc., hair dryer, etc. So very nice. The folks at the desk were super friendly and helpful. Allowed my grandchildren who live in the area to swim with me at the pool and even have a little birthday celebration for my grandaughter in the breakfast room.
This is an excellent place to stay, I'll definitely return! Thanks so much Aaron and all!

Very convenient location to Skyline Drive. Rooms were clean. Breakfast in the morning was great. Would stay again.

Stopped in on night one of a 3 day motorcycle trip. This was a perfect night's stay. Aaron, the evening hotel manager, made the stay better than excellent. He was professional, extremely helpful, ensured we were able to take advantage of any available discounts, and allowed us to park our bikes under the shelter of lights and cover just outside the hotels' lobby door. The room was very clean as was the hotel overall. The bed was good. TV selecdtion of stations was adequate. The location of the hotel was convenient to Skyline drive and area restaurants. I don't usually sleep real well at hotels, I slept great here. Felt very taken care of. Breakfast the next morning was one of the best; everything you expect at a continental breakfast, plenty of everything and it was all clean.

Just so-so, Of course I went during fall foliage time so the prices were up so it was not that great a bargain. The room definitely needs an update. Front desk fellow (Aaron) was super friendly and very knowledgeable. If there are other hotels available in the area I would probably not stay there again.
