I spend few days in this hotel. Everything was good; the room so big and very comfortable, everything was so clean and the breakfast was just ok. The girls at the front desk were very nice, they help me a lot with everything.

Took a weekend trip in this area to go fossil hunting - not a lot of lodging choices in this part of the Northern Neck, and the reviews for most were not good at all. The BW was clean, fairly conveniently located, and a good value. My room was decent, quiet, and had nice beds with plenty of pillows. Also included was a continental breakfast (typical foods/choices). Only complaint would be that TV only had cable stations, no selectable movie options.

We had a family emergency and called about 23:30 from the road and front desk still had a room. Family member tried to get a room about 09:30 and they hadn't finished cleaning from checkouts that morning. As soon as a room was ready the rest of the family checked in. Employees take pride in their work and friendly. Breakfast stocked and waffle makers. Lobby area and breakfast area kept up and clean.

In the overpriced Northern Neck, the Best Western worked for us. Room was very comfortable and very clean. TV channels a bit sub-par. Pool looked nice--kids having fun. Refrig & microwave & "wet bar sink" in room. Breakfast was decent and well kept. A/C not too loud. Front desk people were friendly. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
